Please read the following restrictions for product shipments and our returns policy.

ALL FIREARMS MUST SHIP TO A LICENSED DEALER. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have their transferring dealer provide a copy of their FFL to us.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the buyer unless the order cannot be filled as requested. You are committing to the sale and we process orders quickly. If an order is canceled by the customer for any reason, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We don't make exceptions to this.

If an order is refused at time of delivery, undeliverable to the address provided, or the order is canceled in any way, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee + shipping and return shipping charges at the time the credit is issued.

Returns: We cannot accept returns for purchases of ammunition under any circumstances. For other products, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our part. In such cases, we will gladly provide a return shipping label. If a product has a factory warranty, we request that you contact the company directly for resolution.

Shipping:

Most completed Orders Ship within 3-5 business days. Additional verification may be required if the shipping and billing address do not match, which may delay your order. 

Completed orders are orders that have been paid/verified and where additional documentation is received for states with restrictions (FFL documents, State required licensing, etc.). For a list of ammo restrictions, please see our product restriction section below.

 

Ammo orders are shipped by UPS ground only. Accessories may ship by either UPS or FedEx ground. Adult signature (Age 21+) is required to accept delivery of ammunition.

 

Some states and localities are under communist rule. Either they are unable to understand the U.S. Constitution or simply choose to ignore it. Those areas have shipping restrictions on ammunition, which we have outlined to the best of our current interpretation of their manifestos.

Shipping Restrictions:

Below are the Shipping Restrictions which we believe are currently in force. This summary is being provided as a convenience and is not intended to be conclusive.  It is up to the buyer to determine the laws in buyer’s state and local jurisdiction. By making a purchase, the buyer has determined that shipping to their provided address is legal and accepts full responsibility.

I understand that TITAN AMMO COMPANY does not ship outside the continental United States.

The following additional restrictions apply:

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.

NO SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR NYC (THE 5 BOROUGHS).

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition. For pistol ammunition, you must be at least 21 years of age. Adult signature (21 years old) is required upon delivery of all orders to confirm receipt and validate that products are not received by minors.

Alaska - NO shipments to Alaska
California - All ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. Please use the FFL as your ship to address in your order.
Connecticut - You must provide a copy of your state firearms license.
Hawaii - NO shipments to Hawaii
Illinois - You must provide a copy of your state issued ID and FOID card. We will only ship to the address on the FOID.
Massachusettes - You must provide a copy of your carry permit.
New Jersey - You must provide a copy of your firearms purchase card and state issued ID.
New York - We will ship to New York, but NOT NYC.
Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands - No shipments to P.R. or V.I.

We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled and I will be subject to paying a 15% cancellation fee.
